When you choose to partner with us we invest considerable time to learn the intangibles required for filling the specific opening at your company, and on your team. Armed with this information we reach out directly to our existing relationships, and identify new ones, to discuss your opportunity. The top candidates are then thoroughly vetted by us prior to presentation to you. Upon presentation we will provide you with a complete profile of why the candidates are worthy of your consideration. If we have agreement, we will coordinate the schedule for your first interview. Ultimately our goal is to give you multiple candidates to choose from.
If you choose to extend an offer to one of our candidates, we collaborate with you to craft an offer that will get accepted, and stay with you through the on-boarding process.
